Hummingbird incorporates the combined talents of Amy Wadge, Rosalie Deighton and Edwina Hayes. They all have their own solo careers and met on the festival circuit in the UK during the last five years. They decided in 2005 that there was safety in numbers, and so formed a band. Emmylou Harris plays a Gibson Hummingbird guitar, hence the name.

The first Hummingbird album is called : "They Don't Make Mirrors Like They Used To" and this short Movie Clip shows the band performing the 6th Track on the special Promotional CD available for sale at Gigs. The song called "Freefall" is an Amy Wadge composition, and features her on the lead vocals.
